Yes. All new clients are required to give a deposit of 30% of their service to secure an appointment. This is non-refundable but goes towards your upcoming visit.
A call is required with Logan for credit/debit info, if you are a new client.

Yes. Luminous Locks keeps cards on file to hold appointments. Cards and appointments are held safely on Square and are not charged unless it’s a deposit, or a no-show fee.

Yes. With Luminous Locks, you have 48 hours to cancel your appointment. If you fail to cancel within 48 hours you will be charged 50% of your service. If you reschedule within 48 hours you will be charged 50% of the service but that charge will be put towards the new appointment created.
If you no show, you will be charged 100% of the service.

Luminous Locks does not give refunds for any services, hair products, or hair extensions.
If you did not receive the hair color you asked for, you have 7 days to reach out to Logan to alert her. Logan will fix any mistakes for you for free. (Mistakes as in: different toner, root shadow, adding less than 10 foils)
